Job Description:
Vaco has partnered with a global hospitality organization as
they look to expand their IT support capabilities. We are actively
recruiting for an IT professional to support the internal Help Desk
for the Property Management team. In this role, you will provide
technical support by applying basic understanding of computer
systems, products and services in one of the following areas: help
desk, PC/desktop systems or computer operations. You will be
supporting business operations by providing technicalsupport and
delivering reliable high performance applications and technical
services. You will monitor and control systems, applications or
equipment as well as resolving issues regarding operations,
including installations, setups, error messages, on-line
transactions, systemstatus or downtime procedures.
We are looking for those that are able to diagnose and quickly
resolve customer while providing outstanding service in every

Experience/Education/Skills
Minimum 12 + months related
experience IT service desk support with proven customer service
experience.May require intermediate proficiency in a particular
application or applications but requires a minimum a basic
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.May require technical skills
in any combination of the following areas: Networks transmitting
Voice/Data/Fax, LAN/WAN communications, telecommunications, PC,
mainframe or other information systems
equipment.Accountability/Knowledge/Relationship Management/Problem
Solving
Works under general supervision and
follows established procedures.Familiar with relevant policies,
procedures and guidelines specific to the job.Basic technical
know-how to meet job standards.Conveys and obtains information
internal to the department.Resolves routine problems and
