Job Title:Loan AdministratorLocation:BiltmoreWhat you'll do:The
Loan Administrator will assist the Warehouse Lending Group in
documenting, negotiating, and closing various types of warehouse
lending transactions. The Loan Administrator may draft and/or
review basic legal documents, contracts, and correspondence, and
also direct outside counsel in connection with the documentation of
warehouse lending transactions.What we are looking for:
- Conduct the initial drafting and/or review of certain loan
documents and agreements, and in other instances serve as a liaison
between outside counsel and clients in drafting and negotiating
loan documents.
- Works closely with loan and credit officers within the
Warehouse Lending Group to ensure lending transactions are
documented efficiently and in accordance with credit approvals.What
you need to have:
- Required Education: High school diploma
- Desired Education: paralegal training or certificate
- 10+ years of experience in a mortgage warehouse or another
secured lending environment
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of general banking operations,
including loan processing and boarding, deposit operations, loan
administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial
banking products and services
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of secured lending
transactions, and loan documentation process
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of mortgage lending rules and
regulations, industry standards, and practices
- Intermediate to strong Microsoft Office experienceBenefits
