Reporting to the Managing Director, Tax Accounting and Reporting,
the Senior Manager, Tax Accounting will manage forecasting of the
global effective income tax rate and cash tax payments, preparation
of quarterly and annual SEC income tax disclosures, and S-OX
internal controls documentation for corporate income taxes. In
addition, the Senior Manager, Tax Accounting will work extensively
with the Company's external auditors and internally with
Accenture's cross functional finance, controllership and SEC
reporting teams. A successful candidate will be a well-rounded tax
professional with deep ASC 740 expertise and a full understanding
of accounting principles and mechanics gained through experience or
exposure to broad ranging tax and accounting topics.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of
factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific
office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As
required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of
compensation for roles that may be hired in California , Colorado,
New York or Washington as set forth below. We accept applications

New York $121,400 to $302,400
