Maintenance Job Responsibilities : Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all major appliances May be requested to assist in other areas of property including painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, pool maintenance, etc. depending on property needs. Receives service requests, prioritizes work orders and handle them each in the most efficient manner.
