Job Description Job Description Project Coordinator-Construction LHH Recruitment is partnering with a very small construction company in North Scottsdale who is in search of a project coordinator to join their team. This job requires you to be fully onsite, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. The ideal candidate will have a few years of project coordination, as well as some experience with Quickbooks and a construction software like Procore/BlueBeam/BuilderTrend. The salary is up to $70,000 DOE . This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit environment and enjoys being involved in multiple aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support construction projects to ensure schedules, documentation, and deliverables are on track Assist with project setup, tracking, and closeout activities Prepare, manage, and organize project documentation, contracts, submittals, and change orders Communicate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Track budgets, invoices, and job cost information Utilize QuickBooks for accounting-related project tasks (preferred) Review and manage drawings, takeoffs, and markups using BlueBeam (preferred) Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed Qualifications: At least 2-3 years experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within construction or a related industry Familiarity with construction workflows, documentation, and terminology Experience with QuickBooks and BlueBeam strongly preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and time-management skills Comfortable working in a small company environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential Interested?
