Description The Global Support Team Representative will be responsible for answering incoming tickets via email regarding the status of equipment returns. They will create RMAs, generate return shipping labels, and close cases for global customers, specifically in India and Brazil. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
