Job Description:

Zillion Tek USA, Inc. seeks a full-time Project Engineer to work at its office in Phoenix, AZ. Candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, with 24 months of prior experience as a Process Engineer or Technical Engineer or Chemical Engineer.

Domestic travel is required 4 times per year for product application, on-site technical problem-solving, and customer briefings, with each trip lasting approximately 14 days. International travel is also required 3 times per year to Germany and Japan to attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings, with each trip lasting approximately 21 days.


Candidate duties will include:

Improve and optimize issues and parameters related to material applications in the manufacturing process of chemical products, as well as find, evaluate, and introduce new materials and processes.
Guide the analysis of product-related chemical data and propose improvement plans.
Optimize chemical processes and adjust operational statuses, recording production specifications, formulating statistics, making technical improvements, and writing technical documents.
Adjust relevant chemical operating parameters during production operations to improve output and quality.
Monitor and analyze process data, identify trends, and continuously propose solutions for process improvement.
Design and implement process optimization strategies to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality.
Work with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Conduct chemical experiments related to products in the semiconductor industry.


Candidate must have work experience in gas analysis instruments and MFC applications, as well as 24 months of work experience reading Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Salary: $117,478 to 120,000/ year
