Job Description Job Description Job Title: Service Technician Job Description Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment, and test and document operating parameters. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment and determine possible causes for malfunctions. Document all work performed daily using company-provided hardware and software. Develop rapport with customers through effective communication and professionalism. Provide basic tools to accomplish job tasks and maintain these tools and equipment. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be prepared to work overtime on short notice. Serve as an ambassador for the company, sharing knowledge and training with teammates. Manage time effectively and solve problems independently. Promote and practice proper safety procedures and use personal protective equipment. Contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable and customer-oriented image. Essential Skills Electrical Mechanical Troubleshooting Assembly Repair Service Blueprint Field service Preventive maintenance HVAC Diesel mechanics Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience as an industrial-related field service mechanic Experience in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial equipment (Electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics) Why Work Here?
