Job Description Job Description CNC Programmer – $35-42 (Gilbert, AZ) Join a forward?thinking manufacturing team in Gilbert, Arizona , where innovation meets precision. As a CNC Programmer , you’ll play a key role in transforming engineering concepts into real?world products through advanced sheet metal machining, laser cutting, and automated fabrication processes. What You’ll Do Create and optimize CNC programs for laser cutters, sheet metal punch machines, and press brakes . Support the development of air?conditioning and refrigeration equipment using 2D and 3D design tools . Produce precise manufacturing drawings, schematics, and documentation. Work closely with engineers, designers, machine operators, and production supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and accurate execution. Review customer specifications and engineering drawings to determine project requirements. Ensure all drawings meet quality expectations, safety standards, and industry regulations. Identify tooling requirements and maintain an organized tooling database. Troubleshoot programming issues, DXF file errors, and material-related discrepancies. Write requisitions for required materials and support overall production documentation. Continuously look for ways to increase efficiency , enhance machine utilization, and minimize material waste. Perform additional duties that support production excellence. What You Bring Strong proficiency in CNC programming —especially laser cutting and turret punching. Experience with Mastercam and sheet metal CNC laser routers. Solid understanding of sheet metal cutting and forming processes . Familiarity with Salvagnini programming (S4, L5, B3) is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD , Inventor , and the Microsoft Office Suite . Excellent troubleshooting skills and clear communication abilities. Preferred Extras Experience with Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD platforms. Experience in tube laser programming . Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
