Global Resiliency Organization establishes policies and standards for
Resiliency for Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), Supplier
Resilience (SR) and Technology Resilience (TR).As
the Director of Global Risk and Resilience, you will play a pivotal role in implementing
and optimizing all facets of the Resilience programs, per the Global Resiliency
Standards, and augmenting for the AT business. You will report to the AT Vice President HSE&F and Business Resilience with
a matrix reporting line to the Corporate Vice President Global Business Resilience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and continually optimize all aspects of the Resilience programs (BC, CM, SR, TR) globally within AT.
  • Provide global leadership and guidance for all AT Resilience matters including the business continuity lifecycle, crisis management, and other resiliency risks.
  • Review and analyze risk information to identify emerging risks, update risk inventory, and facilitate management's risk.
  • Partner with enterprise risk management and senior leadership to develop a comprehensive view of the material business risk including assessment methodology, impacts, mitigation measures and gaps to deliver robust AT enterprise-wide risk management and resilience strategies.
  • Ensure the effective development of risk assessments, business impact analyses, protection and recovery strategies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop strong working relationships with global AT business and factory leaders, developing a comprehensive view of the business risk/impact, gaps and mitigation.
  • Accountable for training and exercising the Crisis Management Team, ensuring reporting requirements during any event affecting AT's global operational capabilities.
  • Maintain key metrics and risk information, driving continuous improvement in the business and contributing to the development of the Global Honeywell picture of resilience.
  • Drive and maintain a governance program aligned with the Honeywell Global Resiliency Policy and Standards that keeps all Honeywell resiliency program components aligned, current, relevant, actionable, auditable, and continually improving.
  • Develop and maintain a training and awareness program at AT in alignment with the Global Standard and business requirements.
  • 15-30% travel required.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent industry experience.
      • 5+ years of experience implementing and managing resiliency programs for complex organizations.
      • Demonstrated leadership experience in the implementation of business continuity, crisis management, supplier resilience and technology resilience in an international manufacturing distribution environment.
      • Professional certification (DRII, BCI) in business continuity, disaster recovery and/or crisis management.
      • Demonstrated experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives at a global level and leading strategic decisions during regional events to assist in crisis response and business recovery efforts.
      • Demonstrated project management skills, utilizing data to drive decisions and develop maturity in a resiliency program.
      • Broad understanding of risk-based initiatives and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues and resiliency initiatives.WE VALUE
