Job Description:
Reviews and enters complex authorizations and referrals from VA and
providers. Must be able to communicate effectively with clinical
staff. Place outbound calls to Veterans and providers as needed.
Ensures accurate data entry and completion of authorization data
from customer information, medical records, referral/authorization
forms. Will work under direction of RN Supervisor to request
records and to process initial review of those records. We are an
