Cardiac RN Full Time Nights Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cardiac RN to join our team at Abrazo Health Network. As a Cardiac RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
• Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals and participate in hourly rounding.
• Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices, and may be asked to be in charge for a shift(s).Requirements:
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator, or one year of acute care experience with certification in specialty area of practice.Preferred Qualifications:
    • BSN degree from an accredited nursing school.
