W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $828.00Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,692.00OR*For Traveler 1099 Candidates:*Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $73.00Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,628.00*Position Overview:*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our *Progressive Care Unit (PCU)* team. The RN will provide specialized care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions, bridging the gap between the intensive care unit (ICU) and medical-surgical units. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.*Key Responsibilities:** Monitor and assess patients with moderate to severe conditions requiring close observation.* Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.* Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment such as cardiac monitors and ventilators.* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.* Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and post-hospital care.* Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed.* Maintain accurate patient records and document care in compliance with hospital policies.* Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory standards.* Support a patient-centered approach, demonstrating compassion and advocacy.*Requirements:** Active *RN license (Arizona)*/Compact.* *BLS Certification*.* *ACLS.*Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a supportive team, making a real impact on the lives of others.
