Responsibilities include performing echocardiography procedures, engaging in clinical scholarship, mentoring medical trainees, and collaborating in a multidisciplinary cardiovascular program. CARDIOLOGY NON-INVASIVE: BANNER UNIVERSITY MEDICAL GROUP | UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA-PHOENIX The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine seeks candidates for a full-time position in the non-tenure Clinical Scholar track. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow in a well-integrated non-invasive cardiovascular program that is high volume and high quality. Qualification and Essential Functions; Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D or D.O. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care Echo and TEE preferred and interest in doing part of their non-invasive practice in an ambulatory surgery center dedicated to cardiovascular care Applicants must be Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine. Scholarship is required in the Clinical Scholar track; candidates will be required to be engaged in clinical research. Mentoring and teaching of medical students, house staff and cardiology fellows Ability to communicate effectively and work with a large multidisciplinary program.
