HCRC Staffing is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Glendale, AZ. Utilize various therapy exercises and equipment to aide patient recovery and mobility improvement. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Communicate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize patient care. Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and preventative techniques. Expertise in designing and executing effective physical therapy programs. Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs and progress. Proficient in using physical therapy tools and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a full caseload and prioritize tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist. CPR and first aid certification preferred.
