Shift: Days (United States of America) Responsibilities:
Presbyterian is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Educator
for Hospice and Home Health to join our team. The nurse educator
will serve as a consultant, researcher, instructional designer,
evaluator, and clinical practice expert supporting the professional
development needs of nursing staff across the organization. This
role collaborates with interprofessional teams to enhance clinical
practice and promote excellence in patient care. The RN Educator
plays a key role in supporting the educational components of
clinical initiatives within both Hospice and Home Health settings.
Some key responsibilities include: Development, implementation, and
evaluation of educational programs to support staff competency and
professional growth. Ability to serve as a clinical resource and
mentor for nurses and other clinical staff. Collaboration with
leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support quality
improvement and evidence-based practice. Designing and delivering
orientation, continuing education, and skills training related to
Hospice and Home Health care. Supporting organizational clinical
initiatives and best practices across the PHS enterprise, including

position. Qualifications: Licensure & Certifications: Required:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Mexico or
a Compact State B asic Life Support ( BLS ) certification required
before Preferred: Specialty certification in nursing, informatics,
or education (e.g., CNE, NE-BC, or equivalent). Additional
emergency response certifications ( ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC ) may be
required based on area of assignment. Education: Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN). Preferred: Master’s degree in
Nursing, Nursing Education, Education, Instructional Design,
Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in nursing,
preferably within Hospice or Home Health settings. D emonstrated
expertise in clinical practice, adult education, and staff
