From day one, you'll be paired with a dedicated and experienced SLP
supervisor who provides weekly supervision focused on your
development. With PDS clinical support offering training and
consistent check-ins, you'll be part of a team that values
learning, reflection, and ongoing professional growth, all while
gaining invaluable hands-on experience across school-based
settings. What You'll Do as a Clinical Fellow: You'll take on a
meaningful caseload, working primarily with school aged children.
Responsibilities include: • Deliver engaging speech and language
therapy sessions designed to each student's unique needs •
Facilitate assessments under supervision and assist with evaluation
reports • Engage closely with families, educators, and other
professionals to support student goals • Participate in supervision
and professional development opportunities • Provide documentation,
including SOAP notes, in a timely and accurate manner • Coordinate
your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours •
Progress through all ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements toward

degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program •
Eligibility to begin your Clinical Fellowship through ASHA • Active
or pending licensure in the state(s) where you plan to work (our
