Job Description Casa Grande, AZ Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 25 - 28 Call Schedule: Phone and Hospital Call Loan Repayment Compensation: - $300,000 - $375,000 based on experience- RVU Productivity- Relocation assistance Benefits: - Employer paid premium for group life, short and long-term disability- Coverage begins day 1 of employment- $200 bi-weekly wellness credit- Employer pays 100% for employee-only coverage, HDHP medical coverage- Employer contribution for HSA up to $1,500 annually for employer only, $3000 annually for employee family- Renewal fees for state licensure and DEA- Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) coverage - malpractice insurance- $5K annual allowance for CME and 40 hours- 80 hours holiday pay- 160 hours (4 weeks) vacation time accrued biweekly- 8 hours of sick time monthly, accrued biweekly- Vacation and sick time rollover each year up to 360 hours- 403b and 457b plans- 403b auto-enrolls @ 4% with employer match @ 4% after one year- Loan assistance through the State of AZ, NHSC, and HRSA- Other supplemental insurance available but employee paid: Legal Shield, Aflac, Dental, Vision Additional Info: Joining our team means becoming part of a collaborative environment. We encourage new initiatives, fresh ideas, and a passion for community change.DETAILS:- Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient care plans, instructing and counseling patients, and recording progress.- Supervise Medical and PA students during their clinic training- Provide inpatient hospital obstetrical coverage for center patients when on-call- Perform surgeries as deemed appropriate for patients on scheduled surgical days at the hospital- Spanish speaking preferred but not required
