Minimum Requirements - Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details - Facility Type: Hospital - Shift: Days - Shift Hours: 0700-1600 Location Highlights Ft.
