Job Description & Requirements Interim Director, OR StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $170000.00 - $175000.00 Interim Director, OR Needed in Phoenix, Arizona! The Position - An Interim Director, OR is needed to provide leadership stability and strong clinical oversight for perioperative and cardiovascular procedural services. - This leader will oversee eighty-three FTEs. - Key responsibilities include oversight of the OR, cath lab, EP lab, PACU, and SPD within a cardiovascular-focused setting, while supporting scheduling, administrative operations, issue escalation, team stability, and survey readiness. - The ideal candidate will have interim leadership experience in surgical and cardiovascular services, with a strong background in OR, cath lab, and EP operations, as well as familiarity with TJC surveys and readiness. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree required. - Active RN license required. - Progressive leadership experience in perioperative services required, including oversight of cardiovascular-focused surgical and procedural areas such as the OR, cath lab, and EP lab. Compensation Details - Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
