Job Description Optometrist - Kirkland, WA (Accepting New Grads) Full-Time | Onsite Schedule: Mon - Fri (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), No On-call, Weekends, Night Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive medical eye examinations Diagnose and manage dry eye disease using advanced diagnostics and in-office treatments Evaluate and manage myopia progression and binocular vision conditions Fit and manage specialty contact lenses (scleral, ortho-K, and custom lenses) Collaborate with technicians, opticians, and providers to deliver high-quality care Maintain accurate EHR documentation and coordinate referrals Qualifications: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree Active Washington state optometry license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable practicing medical and specialty eye care Specialty experience preferred but not required Benefits: Competitive compensation Full standard benefits package Supportive, collaborative practice environment Excellent work-life balance (No weekends)
