This position is critical to providing high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. As an RN at Encompass Health, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients recover and regain independence after serious illnesses or injuries. Our collaborative and supportive environment ensures you have the tools and guidance necessary to deliver exceptional patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient recovery and compile reports for the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on post-hospital care and lifestyle adjustments. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to devise personalized care plans. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of employment. BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
