Phoenix Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner HYBRID: Clinic + Tele

A physician owned and led multi-specialty group in Arizona is actively recruiting a Nurse Practitioner to join an established and growing Sleep Medicine practice in the Phoenix Metro! This is a hybrid position to see patients in clinic and remotely from home 1-day/week. This is a salaried position dedicated to following up with patients regarding their sleep study results and referring appropriately. The incoming NP will enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with NO late nights, NO weekends, and NO CALL. The ideal candidate is a Certified Family or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with 1+ year of Nurse Practitioner experience preferably in Sleep Medicine with an active Arizona license.

- 4-days clinic + 1-day remote
- Monday-Friday 8-5 hours
