Our bistro attends play an integral role in our food service operations by acting as the frontline of guest interactions, ensuring that all visitors have an enriching and enjoyable dining experience. Greet guests and present them with the menu. Inform customers about daily specials and offer menu recommendations upon request. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bistro’s offerings and be able to answer questions regarding food and beverage. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area. Deliver checks and collect bill payments. Manage guest reservations and wait lists. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness and presentation Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's certification may be required by local law
