What We're Looking For:- Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience (criminal law preferred, but all areas considered)- Ability to manage and direct a substantial caseload with minimal supervision- Strong formatting skills for motions, appeals, and pleadings- Experience preparing trial notebooks and trial support materials- Professional communication skills with clients, law enforcement, and opposing counsel- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Office Suite- Knowledge of Clio is a plus- Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude toward clients
