At DM Cantor, we offer : Competitive Compensation: Base Salary: $100,000 per year. Benefits: Time off: 30 paid days off annually. 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and five personal/sick days. Loyalty vacation program: Earn one additional day each year (for five years), and milestone bonuses on major anniversaries. Medical Insurance: DM Cantor covers 50% of the base plan in your first year and 100% thereafter. Requirements: What We’re Looking For : Minimum of 5 years of private criminal law paralegal experience Full-time, in-office role Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Skilled in drafting pleadings and court filings with proper attachments/exhibits Knowledge of Arizona Superior Court filing procedures Professional communication skills with clients, law enforcement, and opposing counsel Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of urgency Familiarity with Clio software preferred Ability to manage and direct a minimal caseload and train/manage a team of four paralegals and four administrative assistants Strong grammar, writing, and file management skills What to Expect : We don’t just hire; we Topgrade.
