Job Description Job Description The Phoenix office of Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in commercial litigation matters. Experience in financial services, antitrust, and class action matters are also helpful. Expect to work on behalf of multi-national and Fortune 500 companies in different jurisdictions. Academic and Professional Qualifications 3-5 years of experience Admission to the Arizona Bar Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record Excellent credentials Experience in commercial litigation Knowledge, Skills & Experience Responsibility for legal research, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and handling all aspects of civil litigation Excellent research and organizational skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities Courtroom and deposition experience preferred but not required Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload, exercise good judgment, and work well under pressure Application Process To be considered for a position at Squire Patton Boggs, you must formally apply online.
