• This store will be scheduling on a 3-day work week.
• 4 Days off a week
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday Team
• Tuesday, Thursday.Saturday Team
• Full-Time- 3 (12 hour shifts)A Shift Leader is responsible for the following as it relates to the specific area of the business that they have been assigned to for their given shift: Implementing any and all strategy decisions/initiatives as given to them by their Directors and Executives.Running the shift that they ve been assigned to in terms of the following operational necessities:
  BreaksShift write-upsChanges due to call outs/switchesTeam accountabilityWalk through transitionsVerifying opening and closing checklistsSetting up fanny packs and iPads for iPOS (Front of House)Counting registers (Front of House)Food safety checklist (Back of House)Checking in truck, buns, and produce (Back of House)Chicken counts (Back of House)Acting as the Manager on Duty when there are no Restaurant Directors available. Ensuring that Team Members and trainers are placed in strategic positions on the setup sheet to allow for a high functioning, productive team in all areasWhat specific behaviors should a person in this position have in order to achieve success?A Shift Leader should:Be highly skilled in leading others and encouraging them to do their best. Enthusiastically implement the strategies developed by their Director. Garner the respect and trust of the other leaders and members of the team.
