Job Description:
Shamrock Foods Company, a premier, family-owned food product
distributor and restaurant supply firm established in 1922, seeks a
Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement to elevate
efficiency and effectiveness across our operations. This role is
pivotal in driving strategic plans and enhancing our business
processes to better serve our customer base and ensure a
sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace. The ideal
candidate will possess a deep understanding of process
optimization, project management, and the ability to lead
cross-functional teams towards achieving organizational excellence.
Identify and analyze business processes across departments to
determine inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Lead and manage
projects to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and
optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with senior management
to align improvement initiatives with strategic objectives. Develop
and implement comprehensive change management strategies to ensure
smooth adoption of new processes. Measure and report on the
performance of business process improvements, adjusting strategies
as needed to achieve targets. Mentor and develop team members to
build internal capabilities in process optimization. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in process
modeling and project management tools (e.g., Six Sigma, BPMN)
Excellent leadership and personnel management skills Effective
communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Experience in
change management and organizational transformation Medical
