Job Description:
As a Sales Consultant at Lifeway Mobility, you will play a
crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with limited
mobility by offering tailored solutions that include ramps, lifts,
and customized bathroom modifications. You will be integral in
ensuring that each client receives personal and adapted
recommendations that align with their unique needs, contributing
actively to Lifeway Mobility's mission of improving accessibility.
Engage directly with clients and health professionals to consult on
the best mobility solutions based on individual needs and premises
specifications. Develop in-depth knowledge of Lifeway Mobility’s
product range and their application to deliver precise and
practical recommendations. Manage the end-to-end sales process from
lead generation to closing deals, including follow-ups and client
support. Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure
that solutions are executed efficiently and meet client’s
expectations. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and
client interactions in the CRM system. Attend and participate in
trade shows, exhibits, and other business development activities to
promote Lifeway Mobility’s offerings. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Proven ability to manage the sales process
from plan to close Capability to understand and discuss technical
product specifications Proficient with CRM software and MS Office
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance

in Sales Management (CSM) preferred Any relevant healthcare or
accessibility products certification is a plus
