This role is crucial for sustaining our market leadership by managing and expanding customer relationships, focusing particularly on our refill categories which include a variety of everyday products from home essentials to personal care items. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of our refill product line, ensuring product penetration and increased market share through strategic sales techniques and excellent customer service. Develop and enhance relationships with key strategic partners and customers. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to maximize sales of refill products. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and support materials tailored to consumer needs and market trends. Monitor sales and market trends within the consumer products industry to ensure competitiveness. Organize and attend sales meetings and industry conferences to represent Primo Brands and its interests. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic forecasting. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to refill products.
