Location: Alta Climbing - Gilbert Job Type: Part-Time (Full-time
based on availability) Hours: 15-35 hours per week* Must have
Weekend and Evening Availability (4-9pm Weekdays, 10am-4pm

all our members and guests. About the Role: As a Membership Sales
Specialist at Alta Climbing, you will be an enthusiastic and
knowledgeable ambassador for our gym. You will be responsible for
driving membership sales, providing engaging tours to prospective
members, building strong member relationships, and promoting our
retail offerings. Your passion for climbing and exceptional
customer service skills will be key to creating a positive and
welcoming environment that encourages individuals to join and
thrive within the Alta community. What You’ll Do: Ensure all
prospective members understand the safety guidelines and benefits
of climbing in a controlled environment. Accurately communicate
membership terms and conditions. Create an engaging and exciting
experience during tours, showcasing the fun and rewarding aspects
of climbing. Enthusiastically share your passion for climbing with
potential members, fostering a playful atmosphere. Maintain a
professional appearance and represent Alta Climbing with pride.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Alta memberships
and services, maintaining a high standard of conduct. Handle sales
transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow up with leads in a
timely and professional manner. Identify opportunities to promote
memberships and retail products, taking initiative. Anticipate the
needs of prospective and current members and provide relevant
information proactively. Stay up-to-date on gym programs, events,
and retail inventory. Build genuine connections with prospective
and current members. Provide exceptional customer service and
address member inquiries and concerns effectively, demonstrating a
personable approach. Foster strong member relationships to
encourage retention and engagement. Develop a strong understanding
of our retail products to assist members with their purchases. Who

sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate benefits
effectively. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion
for climbing or an active lifestyle. Ability to build rapport and
establish trust with individuals. Strong organizational and time
management skills. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a
plus. Must be reliable and punctual. Availability to work flexible
hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Benefits:

Conduct: Alta employees are responsible for following rules of
