United Site Services, Inc., a national leader in portable sanitation and site solutions, is seeking a proactive and experienced Regional General Manager to oversee the strategic operation and growth within the assigned region. The Regional General Manager will play a crucial role in managing our service offerings, which include portable toilets, restroom trailers, and temporary fencing, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. This position demands a dynamic leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight, tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs across various markets. Oversee daily operations of the region including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. Manage, mentor, and build capabilities in the regional leadership team to ensure continuous development and high performance. Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and effective resource management. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations, serving as a primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and clients. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify market opportunities and execute business development initiatives. Monitor financial performance indicators, prepare management reports, and adjust strategies as needed. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast, and manage financials effectively Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Suite Capability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k MBA or equivalent advanced business management qualification preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
